Discovering talent, building the future
Spara's social responsibility in cybersecuritySpara believes that the future of cybersecurity is built by talented people, and has made it a social responsibility to discover, grow, and nurture a new generation of specialists in this field. We look for young people who are curious, creative, enjoy solving problems, and see cybersecurity not just as a job, but as a mission.
Skills competitions; where talent is discovered
WorldSkills is the largest skill-based international event in the world, where countries send their best young talents to compete in technical and specialized fields, including cybersecurity. Held once every two years, it aims to raise skill standards, connect education with industry, and prepare a workforce for the future of the global job market.
In the cybersecurity trade, competitors face a variety of challenges in scenarios close to the real world; exactly what a real security specialist encounters.
